  • Can I change my reservation? My plans have changed.
    Things happen! 24 hour notice: We can make changes to your reservation at no cost. You can use whichever of the following options is most convenient for you to let us know of the changes: Email Text (SMS) messaging Phone call We will confirm with your driver information and updated reservation via email. 2 hr - 24 hr notice: We will try our best to accommodate your changes based on driver and vehicle availability. The more notice we have the easier it will be to accommodate. Short notice accommodations might incur additional cost when the vehicle class requested is not available for the time change.   • Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes, you can cancel your booking. Hope we can provide car service again in the future! Free cancellation: 24 hour before your scheduled pick up time. 50% cancellation fee: 2-24 hour before scheduled pick up time. 100% cancellation fee: Less than 2 hours before scheduled pick up time. Cancelled flight: If you happen to be scheduled on a flight that is cancelled due to weather or aircraft malfunction, you don't have to worry about any charges. We will be happy to reschedule your car service for free. Just keep us in the loop so we can coordinate your pick up.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    No worries! We track your flight with state of the art technology to ensure we know when your flight will be landing at the airport. Domestic Flights Our policy builds in a 30 minute grace period from the actual arrival time. Allowing you time to off board the plane and pick up your bags or make a quick rest room stop. Our most frequently serviced domestic airports along with many private airports in the area. LaGuardia Westchester New Haven Tweed Teterboro International Flights 60 minute grace period from acutal time of arrival. We know it takes additional time to make it through customs check and pick up luggage. Our most frequent international airports but not limited let us know where your travel plans are starting or ending and we will accommodate your request. John F. Kennedy (JFK) Newark (EWR) Bradley (BDL) The driver will reach out to you via text message to the phone number provided during booking. If there is no contact from you within the grace time, driver will be released and charges will be made to the credit card on file for the full amount of reservation. Pick up time logged by the driver outside of grace period will be assessed at a prorated rate of $85.00 per hour.
  • What if my meeting/ appointment is running longer than expected?
    Meetings or appointments can run longer than expected at times. Time adjustments are pro rated at $85.00 per hour after scheduled pick up time.
  • How do we handle last minute changes and requests?
    At our service, adaptability is key. Our staff is composed of highly skilled professionals who excel in communication and are trained to anticipate every need, even those that arise unexpectedly. Our chauffeurs are not only carefully vetted for their background and safety records, but they also receive ongoing training to handle dynamic situations with ease. This preparation ensures they are always ready to accommodate last-minute changes or requests with efficiency. Just had a change in plans? No problem. Our team prides itself on being attentive and organized, ensuring that even on-the-fly adjustments are managed seamlessly.   • Can I bring my pet?
    Yes! We love our fur babies and welcome all service animals and small animals in a carry case for a fee of $25.00. For those unavoidable accidents we need to add a cleaning fee, but we don't anticipate that happening. What better way to travel than with the ones that love us unconditionally.
